About Us

Founded in 2017 as the brainchild of two university students, Fluid Tech Global (FTG to our fans) has grown into an organisation with one mission: To bring to life products that address real-world problems and enhance how society operates, one business at a time.

We work to share with our clients the sense of pride and accomplishment that comes from a job well done. To that end, from the moment you walk in through our door, we strive to help you find the right market fit for your idea. And using industry standards and cutting-edge technology, we help transform your idea from an entity that exists only on paper to a living, breathing thing.

Thomas Mbindyo (CEO)
Thomas Mbindyo (CEO)

Thomas Mbindyo is a web developer who has done everything from web hosting to database design to systems deployment. With extensive experience in backend development, his languages of choice are PHP and Python; he knows the basics of HTML and CSS, so he isn’t completely helpless with front-end work. He is a hobbyist photographer who also enjoys the rush of wind that comes with cycling.

Sharon Kirigo
Sharon Kirigo

Sharon Kirigo is a software engineer with extensive front-end development experience and a passion for surmounting new challenges. With VueJS and React as her primary tools, she enjoys building products that are not only useful but also aesthetically pleasing and simple to use. She loves exploring new worlds through the pages of new books and expressing her creativity through crocheting.

Rohni Randiek
Rohni Randiek

Rohni Randiek is the guy behind the scenes at FTG. As the sole non-techie, he works hard to ensure that the team has a conducive environment that allows them to focus on building great things by handling the operational activities. If this were The Blacklist, he’d be Dembe. While he has a great passion for motorcycling, he has an equally great dislike for cabbage.

Mwathi Antony
Mwathi Antony

Antony Mwathi is a product developer and software engineer who is largely interested in emerging technologies and how they can be adapted to the needs of SMEs at scale. Over the years, he’s helped build awesome tools that help companies reach their goals efficiently. When he’s away from his Nuphy keyboard, you’ll likely find him enjoying a game of basketball.

Michael Wanyoike
Michael Wanyoike

Michael Wanyoike is a software developer who enjoys working to build efficient and practical tools that solve real-world problems. He is also one third of the FluidTalks podcast host team. Outside work, he spends more time than he would care to admit checking out audio setups and expanding his music collection. If you’d like to get on his good side, a good book would be an effective bribe.

Brian Munene
Brian Munene

Brian Munene is an avid software engineer with a keen eye for detail and developing aesthetically pleasing and functional software solutions. Over the years, he has gained proficiency in using Python (Flask and Django) and VueJS to develop cloud-based solutions. When he’s not working, you will still find him at his computer solving coding challenges or reading articles on all things tech. He also enjoys human interaction with family and friends.
